P.S.G. Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning is a professional, full-service company located in Watertown, New York, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to service you, our customer!

We offer a wide range of plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning sales and service in Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties in New York. We can provide you with a full line of products, including:

In short, if it is available, we can install it for you, and repair it for you. We provide you not only with residential sales and service, but also commercial sales and service for all facets of the plumbing and HVAC business.

• Once upon a time...

Pat Fields founded P.S.G. in 1988. Having worked for a “major” HVAC company for over 10 years, Pat thought he was a Pretty Stupid Guy for working for others, and decided it was time to do what his competition didn’t do– offer quality service with a sense of humor and a smile. Hence, the inception of P.S.G. (and one of the most frequently asked questions we get is “What does P.S.G. stand for?” Now you know!

Pat has been the President of the Watertown Plumbing Advisory Board, and holds many other designations as you can see on our opening page!

Our company consists of just two people: Lin Fields, Vice-President and primary contact with our customers and Pat Fields, President and Senior Technician. Of course, we have our mascots, Will, Coco and Jayme (3 English Springer Spaniels) but they have no opposable thumbs so they can't work! How can we do it all? Because quite honestly, we believe that smaller is sometimes better. You don't have high overhead - you always have the owner on site at your project - and no one can do it better than us!
You might have to wait for us, but the wait will be worth it, we believe!

• Our Policy...

Our policy is not a unique one, but it one we stand by– We truly believe that honesty is the best policy, and we stand behind our work. We are truly concerned about our customer’s pocketbook.

While we might not be the best dressed, we certainly, in our opinion, do the best work. When you receive an estimate from us, it is in plain English, with no hidden clauses and no hidden charges. Everything is completely spelled out for you, and completely detailed. And, for the ladies, since we know that sometimes you feel that you might get a run-around from people, you have Lin to ask all of the questions that you might not otherwise ask. If she doesn't know she will tell you and she will find out!

One final thing - there are a lot of contractors popping up in the Jefferson-Lewis area since the Fort Drum expansion. We want to let you know that we treat everyone equally and fairly - in other words, we don't have different rates for different people. Pat's background was military as well (A Seabee, and we know about them! LOL) and we honor our service people as we do everyone else - with respect.
