• CLEANING & SERVICING YOUR FURNACE....2010-2011

 

We have not changed our charges this year, and in fact, we have done away with our trip charge!!!

What does it include and what does it cost?

We recommend that you have your oil system checked annually and your gas system checked every other year. While our rates are not the cheapest, we believe we do the best work. Sure, you can get are 'cut rates' but we don't spend only a half hour in your home! We include our parts - nothing is hidden, nothing is extra! Be sure, if you are shopping, to compare apples to apples! 

• Do you have a Gas system? This is what we do:

Change the thermocouple
Clean the burners
Clean the pilot
Check all safeties
Vacuum the heat exchanger
Do combustion and efficiency tests

Then.. if you have a Boiler we also do the following:

Check and lubricate the pumps
Check the fill valve
Check the water pressure
Bleed the radiators if necessary

OR .. if you have a furnace, we do this as well:

Change the air filter
Oil the blower motor
Oil the bearings
Change belts if applicable

 Oh, and we don't just spend 10 minutes in your home - an average Clean and Service takes approximately 1-1.5 hours.
This is for either natural gas or propane.


Labor and materials is $129.99 plus NYS sales tax

Once again, we don't just spend 10 minutes in your home - an average Clean and Service for oil can take up to 2 hours!

Payment is expected on completion of the servicing – in other words, payment will be due the day the work is completed. We accept checks, American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover. 

Steam systems prices are available upon request. Commercial unit prices are available upon request. Multiple units in one residence will be billed individually.
